1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Ride with MiB ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our specialized transportation booking services (the "Services"). By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. The Services

Ride with MiB provides pre-arranged, professional black car and SUV transportation. Our mission scope is exclusively limited to Airport Transfers (to/from DFW International and Dallas Love Field) and Elite Hourly Bookings within the Dallas, Texas metropolitan area. We do not provide standard "point-to-point" or rideshare-style short-haul services. All services are provided by our registered and approved independent contractor drivers.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Rates

All bookings must be made in advance through our official mission channels. You agree to provide accurate flight details, pickup times, and locations. Rates are provided as a flat-rate quote based on your specific requirements.

Surge Pricing Policy: We operate on a fixed-rate model. Under normal conditions, our rates remain locked regardless of weather or traffic demand. However, we reserve the right to apply rate adjustments during extreme circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, major local events (e.g., championship games), or civil emergencies.

Gratuity for the driver is not included in the quoted flat rate and is provided at the passenger's discretion as a direct reward for excellent service.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

We require cancellations to be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are non-refundable and will be charged the full booking amount.

A "No-Show" protocol is triggered if:

  • You are not present at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time for "To-Airport" transfers.
  • You are not present at the terminal within 60 minutes of your flight's actual landing time for "Airport Arrival" pickups.

Failure to make contact with your Agent or Mission Control within these timeframes will result in a full charge of the booking amount.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

To maintain operational standards, you agree to the following:

  • Compliance with our no-smoking and no-vaping protocol inside all vehicles.
  • Respectful treatment of the Agent and the vehicle. You are financially responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by you or your party.
  • Ride with MiB is not responsible for personal items left behind. However, we will make every reasonable effort to secure and return found items.

6. SMS/Text Message Consent

By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive automated and manual transactional SMS messages related to your booking (e.g., Agent en route, Terminal Arrival, Coordination). You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ride with MiB shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our immediate control, such as sudden road closures, weather-related flight diversions, or "Acts of God." Our liability is limited strictly to the cost of the service provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Services shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Dallas County.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms to reflect changes in our operational protocols. The most current version will always be posted on our digital channels.
