Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing the Ride with MiB booking platform or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Men in Black Transport regarding your professional transportation in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

2. Scope of Operations

Ride with MiB specialized in pre-arranged professional black car and SUV services. Our operational scope is strictly limited to:

• Airport Transfers: Point-to-point service to/from DFW International and Dallas Love Field.
• Elite Hourly Service: Charter bookings with a strictly enforced 3-hour minimum duration.

All services are executed by independent contractor Agents who maintain their own commercial insurance and licensing as required by Texas law.

4. Extraction Timeframes & No-Shows

To ensure operational efficiency, the following wait-time protocols are enforced:

• Residential/Business Pickups: Agents will wait for 15 minutes free of charge. After 15 minutes, wait-time fees apply at $2.00 per minute. After 30 minutes of no contact, the mission is declared a "No-Show."
• Airport Extractions: Agents monitor flight status in real-time. We provide 60 minutes of free wait time from the moment your aircraft touches down.
• No-Show Penalty: Failure to be present at the extraction point within the allowed window results in a 100% charge of the quoted fare.

5. Vehicle Integrity & Safety

Passengers are responsible for the integrity of the vehicle during the mission:

• Strict No-Smoking: Smoking or vaping is prohibited in all vehicles. A $250 sanitation fee will be charged for any violation.
• Damage: You are financially liable for any physical damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior by your party (e.g., upholstery tears, broken hardware).
• Conduct: Agents reserve the right to terminate service immediately without refund if a passenger becomes verbally or physically abusive or engages in illegal activity.

6. SMS Communication Consent

By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive automated transactional text messages (e.g., "Agent is En Route"). SMS is our primary coordination channel. You may opt-out by replying STOP, though this may impede your Agent's ability to locate you during extraction. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

Men in Black Transport/Ride with MiB is not liable for delays caused by "Acts of God," extreme weather, sudden road closures, or flight diversions. Our maximum financial liability is limited strictly to the refund of the fare paid for the specific mission in question.
